David Cappello

David Cappello is a seasoned real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in the commercial and residential space. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, David worked for an investment bank where he was involved in the valuation of real estate asset's owned by non-traded REIT's. Additionally, David was a Vice President for Progress Capital Advisors where he was responsible for the execution of over $100MM in structured finance deals.

David currently manages a commercial and residential portfolio of real estate located throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties. With his diverse background in real estate, David is well-equipped to advise his clients in all aspects whether it be for a commercial lease, a new home purchase or the sale of a home.

David was born and raised in Toms River and attended Toms River High School North. He received his BA in Business Administration from Saint Peter's University where he competed at the Division I level in baseball. David still resides in Toms River with his wife Alyssa. They have three children, Jayce, Capri and Lunella who are actively involved in sports and the local community. David enjoys donating his time to local youth organizations such as Toms River East Little League and Toms River Wrestling Club.
